Letter Of Credit payable in US Dollar,100% at sight.

Validity:7 days from the date of this letter

Other terms Conditions: To be agreed and stated in the contract aggreement

We hereby confirm under penalty of perjury that the undersigned has full legal authority in representing our party, and our understanding and aggrement to a full non-circumvention, non disclosure and confidentiality between all principal and intermediate parties hereto and herein the scope of all terms within this Letter of Intent.
