I am Andrea La Delfa, an Italian (Sicilian) home and bred, living in Maidenhead, U.K., with a passion for food. Disillusioned by what I found in the supermarkets and speciality stores during my many stays in the UK, the idea of the Sicilia Artigianale and Top Of Sicily projects was born. With the help of my good friend and associate from my home town of Valguarnera at the heart of Sicily and near Mount Etna, we searched all over Sicily for the very best small producers of organic specialities which would appeal to the European and Eastern markets.
