Every individual and family goes through a number of changes. These changes can potentially cause emotional or behavioral problems in children which ultimately affects the entire family. TSI staff are trained to intervene and educate children and their families regarding skills such as: conflict resolution, relationship skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, behavior management, anger management and social skills. The teaching of these skills are called remedial services. Remedial services assist in reducing and eliminating the behaviors that the child is displaying. These services are provided through individual, group and family sessions. Remedial services also consist of crisis intervention and community support.
