I recently graduated as a physics major from Northwestern University and am starting a Ph.D. program in Materials Science in the fall. I am available for tutoring this summer before I begin graduate school. I can tutor in a number of different subjects. Specifically, in Math, Physics and Spanish. As a physics major, I have a firm grasp on geometry, algebra and calculus as well as the basic principles of physics. Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish. I studied in a Spanish University for one semester and spent last summer working for a Spanish company in Madrid. I have 4 years of experience teaching English to Latinos in Chicago in addition to working with children and adults with special needs in the special olympics program, so I understand how to teach a broad range of skill levels.
