In summer 2011 our team has developed and begun production of a new model of automatic line for production of thin Armenian lavash - AL-130.

Being a worthy continuation of AL series lines, it replaces the most popular among our customers line AL-90. The main difference of AL-130 is an opportunity to get thinner dough ribbon. At the same time the structure of dough differs from the structure of dough produced at previous models of such equipment.

The fact of the matter is that these models were intended for the production of lavash sold in public trading networks in many cities exactly as bread. If you try to turn a tight roll with moist stuffing it could explode in one direction that is directly connected with the process of dough rolling out. On the new line rolling and stretching are in all directions, so the quality of produced lavash is the same as of lavash made in tonir. That’s why the line AL-130 is perfect for both commercial networks and producers of shawarma and other similar rolls.

We have achieved this, going a long way to get the necessary quality of the product, conducting multiple tests, taking into account the wishes of lavash manufacturers.

The line AL-130 is notable not only because of excellent quality of lavash, but also because of high quality and reliability of the equipment itself.

The lavash production process in line AL-130 is fully automated: from the molding machine to packaging.

The equipment can work around the clock.

The line is manufactured in 3 modifications. On the first one (AL-130) lavash is cut and baked in a one row, on the second one (АL-130Т) – in two rows. Additionally in AL-130T length of the oven and hearth’s motion speed are increased, therefore its capacity is significantly higher.

The last modification of the line АL-130СТ is distinguished by two and half times as increased length of baking chamber in comparison with АL-130Т and, there after, hearth’s motion speed. Here with the capacity is twice as higher.
