Production process

The present type of production implies two variants of line’s operation with basic and optimal complete set of the equipment. The main unit in this scheme is a two-bunker press (without vacuum). Operation principle of this press is that mixing occurs in one bunker and the second bunker serve the purpose of accumulation during extrusion.

Reloading of dough from the first bunker into the bunker-accumulator occurs in the way of manual turning (with the help of handle).

Production process of the line’s operation consists of:

• flour sifting;

• flour, water and ingredients batching into the dough kneading machine of the press;

• dough mixing in the press;

• reloading from the bunker-mixer to the bunker-accumulator;

• extruding and cutting;

• trays putting;

• drying;

• packaging.

Basic complete set of the line means more manual work. It affects the capacity and number of operators. Flour sifting process is made manually (by sieve). Trays should be manually brought to the drying room. This complete set requires the presence of the room for organization of pasta drying. Packaging is made on customer’s discretion.

Optimal complete set of the line means more mechanization of the work. It affects the capacity. With such complete set it is possible to produce up to 130 kg/h of pasta. Flour sifting is made on vibrating sifter. Trays are put on trolleys. Trolleys are rolled to the drying chamber. Drying processes in the chamber are organized by special circulated method and the quality of pasta is significantly higher than after drying in the drying room. Packaging is made on customer’s discretion.

The present line can be completed with special equipment for 3D snack pellets (fryums) production.

fryumsOur press is able to produce dough for 3D snack pellets. After the drying a product passes the frying process in a fryer.

After the frying you can add spices. For this process special rotating drum of batch operation with automatic feeding of spices and oil is intended.
