At Virtuals 1, premium property photography is our core specialty. For starters, we’ve developed a unique production method to create images that ‘pop’. We take multiple photos of each scene, at different light levels, using different exposures. Then we manually blend them and retouch them to optimise the interior and exterior lighting levels.

It’s a unique technique that combines elements of traditional flash photography and high dynamic range (HDR) photography, to overcome the limitations of both. And very few real estate photographers do it. Most use either flash or automated HDR. But flash photography alone creates harsh shadows, washed out colours and stark shiny spots. By using the HDR techniques using our unique method, we’re able to create truly amazing images.
