WCP makes vintages of micro-production wines. All our fruit is hand-picked, whole berry fermented and gently pressed. A combination of new and used French oak barrels gives our wines soft textured tannins, which makes them easily approachable upon release, but worthy of aging.

Working with boutique vineyard growers in various micro-climates allows us to produce single vineyard blends and straight varietals.

Current offerings include Syrah, Cabernet Franc, and Harmonious (blend of Syrah and Cab Franc).
