At WCL Capital Group we underwrite and manage a portfolio of hundreds of short term mortgages typically lasting no longer than 12 months. Our portfolio is funded by a group of investors with a pool of funds in excess of three-hundred million dollars ($300 Million) as of January 2015. We can lend as high as 2-million dollars ($2 Million) on residential real estate. Higher dollar amounts will still be considered on a case by case basis.
