Xinxiang Rulan Bedding Co., Ltd. formerly is Shanghai Rulan Electric Blanket Co., Ltd. It is the second electric blanket enterprise in China, which has two production bases, one is Shanghai Rulan Electric Blanket Co., Ltd.and the other is the branch of Rulan Electric Blanket in Xinxiang. Xinxiang Rulan Bedding Co., Ltd. was established in 2003, covering an area of more than 36,000 square meters and located in Xiaodian industrial area, Xinxiang, Henan province. Its main products are electric blankets, the bamboo/rattan mats(for children and adults), the bamboo/rattan pillows(for children and adults). It has convenient location: being close to 107 national road and 308 provincial highway and highways radiate in all directions- Jinggang'ao highway and Jidong highway join here. Rulan has US $150 million of registered capital and actually is an integrated base of research and development. The production lines of electric blanket and mat can produce one million products respectively per year. The total annual output value reaches to 80 million RMB.

In the guidance of quality policy-"being meticulous, high-quality, keep improving and products create a brand", and the guidance of the quality management goal: to make product qualification rate reach to 100% and customer satisfaction 99% and the quality of the products is strictly in accordance with the national standards, product quality has been improved and the yield increased year after year.
