Started from the primary company, UTAMA JAYA AUTO (M) SDN. BHD., which was established in 1990 and involved mainly in used-auto parts trading. The chairman, Eric Yee had realised the opportunity which came up under the rapid development in China which needs a lot of raw materials. With such opportunity, YE JAYA HOLDING SDN. BHD. was then established as one of the main subsidiary organisations under the management team of Eric Yee which serves to control and manage upcoming divisions of the group. Nevertheless, the company has acquired couple of yards in order to handle the growth of business as well as to achieve its vision and mission.
