History of Yellowhead Beer -

Edmonton's first beer reborn:

We chose the name Yellowhead for our Premium Lager because it was the name of the first comercially brewed beer in Edmonton. Yellowhead beer originated in 1894 on the site of the present Royal Glenora Club in Edmonton’s river valley. Both the original ‘Yellowhead’ and our Yellowhead Premium lager take the name from an actual historical personality: Tête Jaune.
