In order to expand Bavrii production capacity, a subsidiary named Wuhu Bavrii Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 with an initial capital investment of USD 5mil. and a total manufacturing area of 38,000m2. The construction of its new factory facilities will be completed in January 2013, and production will begin in June 2013.
