Chocolate covered specialities (dark, milk, nougat cream, caramel, truffle, etc) and decorative pearls (silver, golden, multicoloured, inside sugar or chocolate), multicoloured chocolate petits cœurs. We work with selected almonds: Avola, French and Spanish almonds chosen for their original flavour. For our chocolate specialities, we use extra fine chocolate. The main ingredient for our chocolate dragées is chocolate with 70% cocoa.
