Coating line functions:

This is an economic sort of coating line relate to slim ACP top/bottom coil coating. Product thickness 0.02 mm ~ 0.1 mm appropriates for dividing panels This coating line is an enhance for those coating factories which intend to enhance product variety. It also matches factories in restricted measurement.

Application: For coating top coil and bottom coil of ACP( Aluminium Composite Panel), specially for coating slim gauge aluminium coil making use of for dividing panels.

2. Basic Production Process

Coil loading → Uncoil machine → Pretreatment (Including Degreasing, Water washing) → Chromizing → Drying → Re-direction → Topside roller-coating → Curing oven → Cooling → Tension machine → Recoiler → Coil discharging
