Viotros is one of the biggest producers of yellow cheese and cheese alternatives in Greece and in the whole Europe, with production capacity of 1000 tons per month.

Our factory lies in the North of Greece, in a rich milk region and employs 120 people.

We export to 27 countries in Europe, Asia, Northern America and Africa.In 2002 our export figures stood for 30% of the overall Greek cheese export volume.

Viotros is specialized in the production of lactose-free and low-cholesterol cheese alternatives.

Our main commodities are Pizza toppings, Edam and Gouda alternatives in blocks and slices, as well as grated hard cheese Tando (Parmesan and cheddar type).

We offer different private label items and thus cooperate with many international supermarkets (Carrefour, Metro-Makro) and other chains.

Our assortment is constantly growing due to continuous efforts of the RD department.
