Pasta di Camerino produces pasta using traditional methods. Its premises are located in the countryside, nestling amongst the valleys of the Macerata hinterland. The idea came about as a result of a desire to create a product that, thanks to the ingredients and working methods employed and the inspiration of traditional local recipes, would offer exceptional quality and the taste of home-made pasta whilst meeting modern food hygiene standards.
