The company was founded in 1955 based on passion for fresh pasta and good cuisine. First operating out of Genoa, the company then transferred to San Matteo della Decima. La Lanterna has grown but maintains the authenticity and quality of its products that are still made with all the characteristics of craft production from years gone by.
